For Women to Women started as a Facebook Page, which evolved into a blog (then Woman to Woman) and a thriving community.
Through the community and platform, we create a safe space for women to access
resources to learn and grow in their career, business and personal lives,
a platform to relate, engage and connect with other women.
Through the platform, we aim to foster a culture for women to enhance the lives of each other - by exposing women to tools for growth while presenting refreshingly raw and honest conversations and shared life experiences and lessons.
Through the community and curated events, For Women to Women creates an opportunity for women to design purpose-filled lives, diversify their empowerment circle and strengthen their consciousness of celebrating and elevating other women while they inspire change in their communities.

Meet the Founder
Meet Carey-Lee Dixon, the creative mind and founder behind For Women to Women. Fuelled by her passion for growth and inspiring change, Carey-Lee embodies a fearless attitude that encourages dreaming big, living a purpose-filled life and one of sufficiency through faith, community, taking action and breaking boundaries.
In 2012, Carey-Lee laid the foundation for For Women to Women by starting a Facebook Page as a young intern fresh out of university who desired a community of women who looked like her, fuelled by shared experiences and mentorship contributing to personal and professional growth. The Facebook Page, created from her work desk, soon evolved into a blog and a thriving community as it filled the gap of what was missing in Jamaica. For Women to Women has evolved from an idea into a safe space for ambitious women eager to grow personally and professionally.
Drawing from her own transformative experiences and a passion for inspiring change, Carey-Lee envisions For Women to Women as a catalyst for women's growth. Her mission is to create a supportive environment where women can find community and a safe space, equipping them with the tools they need to thrive and encourage candid conversations and shared experiences.
Carey-Lee's impact extends far beyond her community. Her achievements speak volumes: from being named Women's Entrepreneur Day and Jamaica Youth Ambassador in 2015 to earning recognition as an iconic woman creating a better world for all in 2017. She's also been honoured as a 30 Under 30 Caribbean American Emerging Leader and Change Maker in 2018 and received the Digital Jamaica Business Honor in 2023.
